When you send a staff request we collect your name, email, phone, company and event details. When you apply to join the team we collect your name, contact details, city, experience, certifications, languages, availability and any link you share.

How we use it

We use this information to answer your request, build proposals, schedule shifts and contact applicants about work. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Our team and the service providers that host this website and deliver our email. We share an applicant's profile with a client only when the applicant has agreed to be proposed for that event.

Sensitive information

Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank details or government ID through our forms. We ask for any documents we legally need directly, after hiring.

Retention and your choices
